Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Syntasa, a leading customer intelligence platform, he plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of the commercial and sales business. Before joining Syntasa, Imran held the position of Global Head of Marketing Science at Wipro, where he made significant contributions to the company. During his tenure, he spearheaded the creation of numerous intellectual properties for Wipro, including the Marketing Science Lab and Global Martech Solution. Imran's expertise extends across various domains, including advertising, data, analytics, marketing, and technology. With a diverse background, he also ventured into entrepreneurship, successfully establishing a small startup and assisting in the setup of his parents' catering business. Beyond his professional pursuits, Imran leads an active sporting life and currently serves as a coach for boys and men's field hockey teams in the u12 to u16 age groups. He is deeply passionate about networking and stays abreast of the latest advancements in gadgets and technology.
